Chauffeur

  •      Must have a current CDL
  •          Must have and maintain a clean driving record
  •          Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  •          Must have excellent knowledge of the Washington DC Metropolitan area
  •          Must be able to work nights and weekends
  •          Must be flexible to work with short notice
  •          Must have a strong attention to detail
  •          Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  •          Must have the ability to read maps
  •          Must be at least 21 years of age

Light Duty Mechanic

Job Description: 
  •          Perform repairs to the following:
    •      mechanical, electrical, brake, fluid, hydraulic and gear systems.
  •          Test all vehicle systems to analyze operation and determine malfunctions.
  •          Understand and interpret vehicle maintenance logs.
  •          Perform vehicle safety checks
  •      Determine compliance with Federal and State regulations.
  •          Communicate with dispatcher for vehicle reassignment.
  •          Road test vehicles to determine correct operation after needed repairs.
  •          Change tires on fleet vehicles.
  •          Perform preventative maintenance on vehicles.
  •          Work in conjunction with lead diesel mechanic. 
 
 Requirements:
  •          Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot:
    •      Fuel Systems, Electrical Systems and Hydraulic Systems
  •          Ability to perform complete repair and overhaul functions
  •          Basic welding techniques
  •          Own a master mechanic tool set
  •          Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  •          Willingness to work overtime when required
  •          Willingness to obtain current CDL
  •          Have and maintain a clean driving record
  •          Strong attention to detail
  •          Must be at least 21 years of age

Lead Diesel Mechanic

Job Description: 
  •          Repair mechanical, electrical, brake, fluid, hydraulic and gear systems:
    •    Drive train ( Including engine, transmission, driveshaft and rear axle)
    •    Electrical systems
    •    Air conditioning and heating systems
    •    Air and hydraulic brake systems
    •    Suspension systems
    •    Steering systems
    •    Special equipment such as w/c lifts, w/c lift interlock systems, etc. (Braun & Ricon)
  •          Perform preventative maintenance and vehicle safety checks
  •      Determine compliance with Federal and State regulations.
  •         Road test vehicles to determine correct operation after needed repairs.
  •         Communicate with dispatcher for vehicle reassignment.
  •         Understand and interpret vehicle maintenance logs.
  •         Prepare required monthly reports that identify:
    •     time spent on each assignment and/or task
    •     parts and supplies used
    •     required parts that were ordered or that need to be ordered
  •     Other duties may be assigned by the Operations Manager.
 
Requirements:
  •        3 years recent fleet, automotive or truck vehicle maintenance experience,
  •        Diesel engine experience
  •        Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  •        Own a master mechanic tool set
  •        ASE & MAC Certification desirable
  •        Willingness to work overtime when required
  •        Must possess a valid class B CDL with passenger endorsement
  •             Have and maintain a clean driving record
  •            Strong attention to detail
  •            Must be at least 21 years of age
  •            Certification in A/C, brakes (air & regular)
  •            Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA guidelines
  •             Must be able to perform all duties of a class (B) & class (C) technician.
